Guidelines for College Students Code of Discipline
- ID card is a must on the premises.
- IRREGULARITY IN ATTENDANCE
- Every student must carry his/her identity card while entering the premises.
- Irregular attendance, LACK OF CONCERN related to classwork or examinations, IMPOLITENESS towards lecturers, willful damage of college property is liable to disciplinary action.
- Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory for all students as per HSC Board regulation.
- Smoking, chewing tobacco inside the college premises are strictly unacceptable
- The Head Master shall have the power to expel any student from college if the student is guilty of serious misconduct.
- Students who are late to the lecture are allowed to enter the classroom after knowing the genuine reason.
- Students can take leave if they are unwell but a leave note is mandatory duly signed by parents.
- If the student is unwell, parents will come to pick up their child. We will not send the child home alone.
- Excursions and picnics shall be organized with prior written permission from the Principal. If students organize any unofficial picnics or excursions, the college will not be held responsible for it.
- Save electricity , be a responsible citizen.
- All the labs follow certain safety and academic norms for smooth functioning. Students should keep themselves updated about these norms.
- While performing practical students should maintain proper discipline and safety regulations that do not harm themselves or the institution's property. In case of loss or broken of institute’s property, the amount will be imbursed from the student himself/herself.
- Smooth functioning of our premises depends on all by staying safe and updated.
- In case of a medical emergency in the classroom or laboratory, the student must inform the lecturer without hesitation.
- looks beautiful when dressed full. Wearing shorts or capris (3/4th) is not recommended for the students in the college premises at any time.
- Matters not discussed in the above rules shall be at discretion of the principal.
